Two Killed in Crash Involving Stolen Vehicle

Two people were killed after the stolen vehicle they were in struck a boulder on property located on County Road 200 northeast of Mt. Victory.
 

According to information from Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart, a pickup was stolen from Cars Plus on U.S. 68 at the south edge of Kenton.
 

At about five this morning, the driver was driving the pickup in a stone covered private drive when it struck a boulder and burst into flames.

The two occupants were killed, and authorities are now in the process of identifying them.
 

The Hardin County Sheriff's Office is investigating the stolen pickup report, and the Findlay Post of the Ohio State Patrol is investigating the double fatal crash.
 

Both agencies are working together to identity the two deceased persons in the vehicle.
