Drug Bust in Ada on Friday

The Hardin County Crime Task Force conducted two traffic stops on North Main St in the Village of Ada on Friday.

 

According to a release from the Task Force, the first traffic stop resulted in one female being arrested for possession of 24 hits of heroin and possession of drug abuse instruments. The female's vehicle was seized and impounded. The second traffic stop also resulted in one female being arrested for possession of 7 hits of heroin and possession of drug abuse instruments. The female's car was seized and impounded as well as $107 in cash. 

 

After further investigation by the Hardin County Crime Task Force, 111 hits of heroin were seized at the female's residence in the Village of Ada.

 

The Hardin County Crime Task Force was assisted by the Hardin County Sheriff's Office, Ada Police Department and the Sheriff's Office canine unit.
