Two people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
 

According to the documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's Office:

 

.Jarrod D. Sumney was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of tampering with evidence. He must serve 20 days local incarceration.

 

.William K. Kindle was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of complicity to theft. He was ordered to pay $377 in restitution to the victim.

 

Both cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
