| Description: | Kindergarten Screening @ Hardin Northern School for the 2013-14 school year will be held Wednesday April 17 from 8:30-3:30pm in the Jr. High Elementary Gym. You must register for the screening during February in the Elementary Office by calling 419-759-3158, ask for Mrs. Delong or Ms. Henrick. Appointments are scheduled between the hours of 9am & 2pm on regular school days. Your child must be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2013 to be eligible for Kindergarten Class. When registering, please bring child's Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Records/Health History, Custody Papers (If Applicable) and Proof of Residency (Anything with your name and current address such as driver's license, billing etc. Necessary paper work has to be filled out at this time. (Takes about one hour) |
